We had a great stay in this budget hotel located in a quiet suburb. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean. the receptionist gave us a warm welcome and the service was attentive throughout our stay. We enjoyed a delicious meal in the hotel's restaurant, which offered a higher level of cuisine compared to typical German food. the location was convenient, with several restaurants within walking distance.
There were some issues with the check-in process, but it was likely a one-time occurrence.

The hotel had a very good restaurant with a higher level of food compared to typical German restaurants. The quality of the meals was excellent and definitely a highlight of my stay.
The lack of air conditioning in the room. With temperatures reaching 30°C outside, the rooms became quite warm and uncomfortable.

The staff at check-in were not well-trained and it took far too long to be checked in. there was an issue with water overflow in my room's bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The location in a small suburb was quiet and peaceful. It was well situated for my meeting in the city center of Lippstadt, which I could easily reach on foot. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home.
No air conditioning in the rooms was the only downside. The temperature outside was quite hot, reaching 30C, and this made the rooms quite warm.
